Scroll bar not efficient #3575

I have checked the following:

[X] I've searched existing issues and found nothing related to my issue.

Describe the bug

Hi Scroll bar is not very well functioning if we had many collection in the bar. We are struggling scrolling or selecting services if it goes next page.

Hey, if your struggling with performance and don't need all the Pro features, you can checkout my fork: https://github.com/Its-treason/bruno/releases/tag/nightly It includes a lot of performance optimazations.

Here's a quick demo. The differences can easly be tracked via the CPU usage bar in the bottom.
