[Feature Request] Add bru support for jetbrains IDEs #862

There is syntax support for vsCode: https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=bruno-api-client.bruno

Would something similar be possible for jetbrain IDEs like WebStorm and PhpStorm?

At what stage is the development of the bru syntax highlighting plugin?
