feat(website): add filter to interact functions

A new filter input was added to allow filter functions by name within the interact sections.

• [x] The existing filter input (in the explorer section) was extracted to a separated component to be re-used in the interact section.
• [x] A new hook was added to parse the package URL parameters.
• [x] A new hook was added to bring information from a Package.
• [x] The logic to get chainById logic was moved to a helper to allow it to be reused in other places.
