fix(cli): display of IPFS loader label

This PR aims to show the correct IPFS loader label being used. Note the hash QmUaSh8u3hAkRujJMCK3LBDTRKgVNThQVYZTgiuHJKsYoF was loaded using the ipfs_cache folder, but it wasn't displayed as such.
