Supporting more distribution families (other than piecewise uniform) would be an obvious next step.
Input format
To do this in Excel, I would probably introduce a new format:
a cell containing the distribution family as as string
the next n (maybe up to n=4? ) cells to the right would define the distribution parameters. e.g. for a normal distribution the program would expect the mean, then the sd. This means these cells have a different interpretation depending on the family, which would definitely make the spreadsheet less readable 😞
