npm: autofix misc vulnerabilities

• Before: 32 vulnerabilities (1 low, 8 moderate, 20 high, 3 critical)
• After: 11 vulnerabilities (5 moderate, 6 high)

I can confirm master code is now once again functional after this commit.

We're using Postgresql 14, and things are functioning properly again.

The remaining 11 vulnerabilities might require code changes, and i'm no javascript developer. The changes applied are the "api compatible" upgrades to resolve vulnerabilities via npm audit fix
