We have worked already on a few tools here in Australia and will do so in the next months. However, we do not have a tracking issue ... until now. Here it is.

QuPath Bioimage Analysis is now available in Galaxy.

We had two container/tools workshops during our stay. A few tools have been started to integrate and the feedback that we got, went back into the Galaxy Language Server. Which say also a new release https://github.com/galaxyproject/galaxy-language-server
