Activity bar - GTN activity

• how should this look like?
• should it be content-aware?
• tutorials should open in the webhook - scratchbook?

I wasn't present for previous discussions on this topic, but shouldn't it just be an interface to the GTN? I'm not sure what context awareness would mean here, we don't have e.g. different content to show if you were in workflows, or in a specific area or something. Looking forward to discussing it :)

Tuesday we also have a GTN webinar, so will be busy 11:30-13:30, but after lunch could work
