Installed tools may be in error state despite feedback from shed-tools install #137

featurecounts version 1.6.2 (f3a5f075498f) and rgranstar version 2.5.2b-2 (2055c2667eb3) have been installed according to shed-tools output but they are not available to run and their status in the admin panel is 'Error'. This is probably not an error in shed-tools or bioblend. It could be an error in the galaxy API.

The installation script needs an extra step to check the status of installed tools so that they are not reported as 'Installed' in the tsv log file.

How old are these tools. If they are old enough, tool shed packages (i.e. non conda dependencies could be the issue)

rgrnastar version is from March 2018, featurecounts from July 2018

They are showing up as installed on staging.
