Customized Mastodon & unused plugins disabled by default #19

Disabling unused plugins is necessary to avoid problems with not fully configured variables.

@arash77 eventually, we would likely not want to connect to all configured services on initialization, like e.g. here: https://github.com/usegalaxy-eu/galaxy-social/blob/90266b886ab1aa0a225ae85834c15553965e67ec/lib/plugins/bluesky.py#L13-L16

but only if we need to post something there.
