I finally find the error: Depending on the PATH from where we execute the command line, we don't have the same R package loadeable..

Here I "only" fix the issue to launch the last MetaShARK GxIT sucessfully! Please, Björn, don't hesitate to say to me if there is something else to do so it can be ok for the last Galaxy version.
