Add new inputs #204

@bgruening I want to add the possibility to the user to bring their zip folder of ODV collection. So, they can directly put that as input and that it gets unzip and keeps the right "tree structure" into ODV. The issue is that I have troubles testing it locally I have some error message about permission issue regarding a .temp folder. So, I know that the tool is launching correctly but can't see if the folders/inputs are in the right place and structures. Tell me if I am not clear :)

I still need to do the docker release and change the tag here before merging this

When launching odv and openning the ODV GxIT window I've got a pop up box telling me the error.
