Adding a new interactive tool. This is a jupyterlab tool with a set of notebooks allowing user to get a hand on the holoviz ecosystem. For now the tool can help use holoviews, hvplot and geoviews (https://github.com/holoviz). It can be improve later on to add even more options. This ecosystem helps in python the visualisation of heterogeneous data.

How to test the changes?

We have to wait for the docker image to be available on quay.io.
