adding cellprofiler 4.2.6 as interactive tools. @bgruening could you have a look please, it seems working locally. the docker files are here https://github.com/sunyi000/docker-cellprofiler

is this the right branch to create he PR?

@sunyi000 here is something wrong? The PR is against the wrong branch. It should be against release_23.1_europe and ideally contain one commit.
