Update the wrapper to use my docker container, which loads a hacked version of the app, that allows to use galaxy inputs.

How to test the changes?

[x] Instructions for manual testing are as follows: Open the IT interface. Use a phyloseq object is input. I.e.: https://github.com/galaxyproject/tools-iuc/raw/main/tools/ancombc/test-data/input1.phyloseq Run the app.
