Update interactivetool_odv.xml #245

Aim: Update ODV so that when the user does not specify the extension of the file (especially netcdf) the tool can launch ODV and directly add the .nc to allow ODV to read it correctly

Bonus: update the docker of this tool the last version of ODV (trying that in parallel)
