Registration desk preparation and maintenance

• We will use the Counter in the back and not the fancy one in the front
• We can prepare an electronic slide or slides with information in 16:9 format, which will be played day long
• we can use the counter in the back as well as "cloakroom" but this needs to be self-organised
• 2 persons should help on Monday and Tuesday, one for Wednesday and Thursday
• We can have a house-Telefon for the entire time to reach stuff
• de.NBI Ding (aufziehbares Poster, 2 of them)

• We will get some tourist information material in English from the FWTM

I can help with this. What needs to be done in advance? Just preparing the bags?

@simonbray the list from above and probably some stuff that I forgot. It's essentially two parts:

1. Make sure on Monday very early all the things above are in the concert house and the desk is prepared when the registration begins.
2. Help Dave at the registration desk to welcome everyone and to register everyone.

We need some of these labels with numbers to organise the wardrobe and some clips for the bags to fix them.

I will take care of that.

Do we have a place to store stuff overnight?

The question is if we need this. The entire building will be closed afaik. I will double check. We have the training rooms that we could probably lock.
