general room situation

Monday (training day)

• 2 small rooms (https://github.com/usegalaxy-eu/gcc2019/issues/30)
• 1 training room for the minion workshop
• 2 conference rooms one for admin one for users

Tuesday - Thursday (conference)

• all rooms full capacity
• 2 small rooms (https://github.com/usegalaxy-eu/gcc2019/issues/30) (this should be room 4 and 5 in the Konzerthaus)
• 4 training rooms
• 2 conference rooms one for admin one for users

Friday - Saturday (CodeFest Core)

• two trainings rooms (35 people)
• the rest as small rooms (with bigger tables)
• no big conference rooms

@bgruening Not sure we will need 8 notebooks. I think most trainers will want to use their own laptops, and otherwise, we just need two conference projectors for the parallel presentation tracks.

And, a thorny issue: In 2017, Americans and Brits were flustered by French keyboards. Brit/American keyboards are different from German keyboards, but we have a lot of German presenters and a lot of Amer/Brit presenters. Not sure what to do here.

That said, the @jxtx lab has spare Macs we could bring, if needed.

German keyboards are at least not that different and all letters are visible :) The 8 notebooks are for the worst-case, if something does not work, if something break ... I you think a 1-2 Macs would help here, please bring them.

I do not expect to use all 8 hopefully.
