Helpers

We need helpers for the following bigger tasks:

• taking photos (1)
• Video assistant, recording of the talks and the trainings in the large lecture halls (1)
• Room description update (1)
• Poster session (1) maybe?
• Mics for questions (4)
• training helpers, making sure the presenter is in-time, notebooks works, everyone feels good (6)
• Registration desk (2)

@bimbam23 do you have any suggestions of online tools/services where everybody could share their pictures during the conference?

@bebatut I think the easiest would be to create a google account and open a shared google drive link to upload files. I propose we create a signup spreadsheet in Google Drive, and send out a call for volunteer in one of the weekly all-participant emails. Last year's sheet is here. Last year we tracked time contribution because we offered free registration to Reed students who volunteered. (Would we benefit from doing that this year?)

Anyway, I would be happy to create a spreadsheet modelled on last year's.

I've filled in a few slots in the helper spreadsheet, but in general just assume that I'm available to help where ever needed except on Tuesday.
