@bebatut @bimbam23 any idea when we do this? The planned 10min for the group meeting might be too short.

I guess we can email them spontaneously if we have a spot but better, if we plan this for us before.

I guess it's a good idea to take a picture before the conference dinner? Do we need multiple group pics?

@bimbam23 this issue is about smaller group pictures, like the scientific committee ... etc. The problematic part here is to collect all people.

Sorry, I didn't read it proper. But maybe we can take a picture of missing committee's at the dinner. Because most people are coming?

@bebatut proposed to do this before the conference dinner, so before we leave, but still in the concert house.
