Add more mastodon accounts, rm unused twitter ones #1242

@bebatut @abretaud please tell us here if it's ok for you to have your mastodon accounts added here.

@bgruening @shiltemann the two of you say that they are not using twitter anymore so I'm suggesting to replace the unused accounts with your mastodon ones. Is that ok?

@abretaud you're sharing your mastodon account via the GTN anyway, so I suppose you're fine with adding it here.

Feel free to remove it again if you don't agree.
