You can use the script here https://github.com/usegalaxy-eu/workflow-testing/blob/master/update-training.sh to update training workflows in the future. This looks OK though

@erasche please don't use this script ... we have a local modification to the workflows and currently missing a procedure to push changes back.

If the script is run, I expect that whoever is doing it is aware of this and can git add the correct things.

It is the planned automated update procedure for the future, for #3.
