I tried to run the test on UseGalaxy.eu, but it fails with the error: "Workflow cannot be run because an expected input step '515218' has no input dataset". So I probably missed an input? @bgruening

@AndreasSko habe mal den workflow geupdated, der sollte nun gehen ...

@bgruening Workflow läuft 🎉 (zumindest auf UseGalaxy.eu; Pulsar macht noch Probleme mit dem fastqc-tool). Jetzt fehlt nur noch die Möglichkeit, die Workflow-Parameter (normal_sample_name, tumor_sample_name, normal_purity_estimate, tumor_purity_estimate) anzugeben. Geht das auch in der test.yml?

This is currently blocked by the workflow parameters. We need to find out how to set those.
