The workflow is copied from https://github.com/galaxyproject/training-material/blob/master/topics/statistics/tutorials/machinelearning/workflows/machine_learning.ga. It was necessary to convert the outputs to workflow_outputs in the final step for testing - I've added this as a separate commit.
