NeLS storage get/send tools need to be on top in Get/Send Data lists #2

The order of tool_config_file in galaxy.yml is apparently not enough?

Do we have to add the NeLS tools to tool_conf.xml instead of using nels_tool_conf.xml?

The layout of the tools panel can supposedly be controlled with the file "integrated_tool_panel.xml" as described here.

However, I would also suggest a more extensive reorganization of the panel, since I find it disorganized and it is cumbersome to find tools without using the search function. Perhaps we can sort the categories alphabetically or use (clearly visible!) section labels.

I agree that our tool list do not feel as organized as the usegalaxy.eu one. Could be a combo of your two suggestions that is needed to get closer to their organization?

Should be fixed by https://github.com/usegalaxy-no/infrastructure-playbook/commit/b51aa225fbe3c3e7203c1ef25776ead23cdf9d16 and https://github.com/usegalaxy-no/infrastructure-playbook/commit/2f9ee8f7b1067dc9ff1d6cf39d670063feb3e263.

Will be implemented on main when the new labels are approved (#11).
