data cleanup not working #25

There is an error with the cleanup (using gxadmin) being run in the crontab of the galaxy user

mkdir: cannot create directory ‘/var/log/galaxy’: Permission denied

"/var/log" is owned by root.

Problem fixe, added a entry into the tasks/galaxy.yml to create the missing directory
