FreeBayes fails #38

Same user as in #36 reports that FreeBayes fails with this error: could not open /cvmfs/data.galaxyproject.org/byhand/hg38/sam_index/hg38.fa

Since I cannot access this server, I dont know if the file is there or not, and if it is pre-indexed

The CVMFS connection was down. Should work now.
