RNA Star is currently working on some compute nodes (e.g. slurm) but failing on others (e.g. ECC1).
It could perhaps be related to CVMFS:
The user used a 26 GB bosTau9 reference dataset that we have indexed ourselves an placed in our local CVMFS. The CVMFS cache size is set to 8 GB on all the NREC nodes (and 20 GB on the Slurm node). I believe this is a soft limit, but the NREC nodes only have 20 GB discs anyway.
