minimap2 #71

9 versions of minimap2 were installed and at least 1 of them does not work, and the last version works. I will uninstall the one that failed. Not sure what to do with the others. By the way, only the latest one appears in the search tool panel.

All other versions redirect automatically to the latest version, maybe that's the way it is when there's some updates - not sure - but I uninstalled them all and just keep the latest one.
