Please add examples to each command #98

Examples on each of the lagoon-sync commands would be marvelous for those of us just starting out.

So lagoon-sync sync mariadb --help could have good examples.

Tremendously easy to do with just Examples in https://github.com/uselagoon/lagoon-sync/blob/b93904b65aa582ce42509c3180254820f92756ed/cmd/sync.go#L40-L46
