update navbar icons #157

This PR updates a few of the navbar icons: Organizations - group and project updated image

potentially project & env icons to update to antdesign icons too

Project overview and environment sidebars now have the same styling as the sidebar in organizations, with updated ant icons

although we should decide on either using a lock or a key as a variables page icon
