Left align the Deploy Targets page for a given project #193

At present, the table is center aligned, which is weird, as all other tables in Lagoon are left.

Can we do the same here?

Bonus points for using a monospace font for the code blocks (branch regex).

Also removed the h3 which felt unncessary, thoughts?

This looks a bit strange to me when the pullrequests one is still normal text. The same thing exists on a normal project overview page where there is no monospace font at all

EDIT: and IMO, the monospace font looks too distracting/odd, not a fan of how it looks as it is
