Exposed deploykey via create environment modal #195

Instead of hiding Step 2 & 3 when one or more environments are present, they are now wrapped in a collapsable drop-down. This is closed by default but allows users to view the deploykey & webhook if required.

Workaround for https://github.com/uselagoon/lagoon-ui/issues/191 until the page & components are redesigned.

I'm wondering if we can instead choose to show the step 2&3 from the first new environment stage optionally - allowing the user to expand below the fold?
