If I go to edit an organization name or description, the form field does now show the existing values. So if I had a typo, I'd have to close the edit modal, copy the existing value from the page, then click edit again, paste the value, then make my changes.
The placeholder text of "Existing organization name" should also just be removed? There's no need to say "this is the org name" three times in a row
