Display the age of all environments in the Lagoon UI #1933

With the introduction of #1621 there will be a way to clean up non-production environments that have not had a build in the last X days (e.g. 90 days).

It would be great if the Lagoon UI could highlight when the last build was, and if it is getting close to the X days, to highlight it will be removed soon.

Create a ui_get_lastupdated_for_environment (actual name tbc) query and use this to populate field.
