Show indication that a build is waiting on other builds to finish #200

as we have QoS for builds some customers are reporting that their builds are "stuck" in New and are confused. This mostly happens on clusters that have a lot of builds and QoS enabled.

It would be awesome if we can show customers some indication that the build is waiting on other builds to finish, maybe even with an indication how many builds are in front of it?

So it seems this already exists, but in at least the case I'm looking at the Pending status is really delayed, here an example where the status is not updated for minimum 6 mins.
