The editing function does not get the latest content on the server side #3475

Describe the bug

The editing function does not get the latest content on the server side？Is the content in the editor obtained from the local cache? Won't it automatically fail？

Steps to reproduce

  1. edit on PC A and save
  2. edit the same memo on PC B and save
  3. return to PC A, refresh and open edit, the content is not up to date

The version of Memos you're using

0.22.0
