You can install the built RPMs by following these steps:

• sudo yum install -y dnf-plugins-core on RHEL 8
• sudo dnf install -y dnf-plugins-core on Fedora
• dnf copr enable packit/user-cont-conu-382
• And now you can install the packages.

Please note that the RPMs should be used only in a testing environment.

No idea what's changed, but I don't think it makes sense to investigate since that cluster will go away at some point in near future. And we discussed half a year ago that we won't invest time into moving to the new CI cluster since we don't expect any active development in this repo anymore. But make test-in-container passes locally for me with the commit included in this PR, so I'm fairly sure it's OK.

Also, the testing farm tests fail because conu requires python-kubernetes==8.0.0 and there's v12 in Fedora. Which means that we won't be able to update conu in Fedora.
