[III] Fix crash with vehicle spawner #69

Fix crash at 0x04b0cc0 (CWorld::ProcessLineOfSight) when "Spawn Inside" is enabled.

Edit; Apparently patching this doesn't resolve the crash. Other crashes seem to come up?
