FR: Electron support #69

Hi It seems like Kdocker is not able to grab the icons from Electron apps. Is it possible to support Electron apps in general? I tried it with Joplin and Trilium without any luck.

I manually set icon for those apps, but next time they are docked the icon is not remembered.

v5.5 has more robust reading of the application icon.
