Missing "Enable --shell-escape" in the doc of pythonimmediate.tex #5

Please, can you add that using the pythonimmediate package needs the --shell-escape enabled? It's probably obvious for the majority of potential users, but it can be a good hint of inexperienced users.

Done. (also updated the package to give an error message when shell-escape is not enabled, will publish to CTAN some day)

In the mean time the package is already moved to its separate repository https://github.com/user202729/pythonimmediate-tex
