We are in the mist of migrating from Outlook/Exchange to Google Apps.

I've found you nice looking application..

It seems to be a very good solution to get an Outlook-like integrated
experience without having to use the browser we working in...

But GMDesk is missing one important feature for us to use it:

The option to change Google Apps account easily for instance through the menu.

Something that impliments this well is Mailplane. But this is a multi-gmail 
account access only. And it 
doesn't handle the multiple APPS that gmdesk does.

opens multiple accounts, however will not open any of the messages in second 
account.

Has this issue been resolved?  I recently downloaded GMDesk and my second 
account (a .edu account) will open, but it will not load any messages and then 
returns an error message.
