The libusb-win32 provided does not correctly install the library #11

The library cannot be found resulting in a Error Code = 126 : The specified module could not be found.

This was due to the wrong library installed provided with the alpha version. libusb-win32-devel-filter-1.2.6.0.exe is now embedded within the plugin package
