The configured MFD pages do not cycle #31

When pressing a configured button multiple times, the configured data pages cycle but when the last one is reached, the cycle will not start over.

As a workardoung you need to press a different button and the previous one again.

Resetted last_page_update to 0 when the page is set visible = false to avoid waiting for the timeout
