There's no background/ground/mg pages after adding backgrounds and the newly added grounds are using ground 22 textures!

This was a madness! can you fix it and add more room for the select background/ground/middleground board pages?

also for betteredit, it only shows 60 fonts in total which the new font selection page did not have more custom fonts! can you add that also?
