Colors being goofy #29

different then the last one (srry for posting so many issues but they are there) level bg color appears white at first, until you scroll past it and go back. So like stereo madness does it if i go into main levels, and then if I play a main level and leave the level, that level is white at first

did some digging and this only happens when PC patching is enabled, and if its not enabled then the other bg color issue occurs
