Picture doesn't work #8

I can't upload a picture onto the website. I used a discord link, and the website recognizes it and shows me the image I'm trying to upload, but when I click send it says the link is bad, i've tried using image uploading sites like imgur and i get the same message, how do i actually upload an image?
