Buggy PO translations #16

Hi,

The ikiwiki "po" plugin that we use for translations is quite buggy. I am considering removing the plugin and enable translations manually.

The difference for translators is that intead of editing a "po" file, you'll simply write the translation in a normal file.

What do you think?

That'd be nicer I think, if it doesn't bring too much extra work to switch between.
