adding first draft of 2.0 page with content and layout #5

So we have a nicer landing page than the wiki, I whipped up this here. We can have that at http://userdatamanifesto.org/2.0

@karlitschek @hugoroy please check it out. I cut the text a bit cause I haven’t added the expandable text yet, and to make it more understandable for now.

I like it but isn't the eye a bit too much associated with surveillance?

Yeah, maybe we need to find a better icon like a marker, world or a question mark. I liked the eye as well, because it is also associated with visibility.

I also created a folder for 1.0 (i haven't tested it though) -- from now on, we shuold link to userdatamanifesto.org/1.0/ whenver we want to refer to the first version ;-)
