Right now when you go to http://userdatamanifesto.org/2.0/ it's not clear at all that the actual manifesto is a bit longer than this ;-)
The link to the wiki should be better described maybe? or shold we add a button "Read More"? That's a design decision ;-) cc @jancborchardt
